These terms describe the public BBD Local website and its buyer signup route. They do not replace any written terms supplied through the buyer platform or a separate paid exclusive-access agreement.

The 3-free-lead assessment

Eligible buyers can access 3 free leads through signup to assess lead quality before deciding whether to buy credits. This is not an ongoing free supply and does not promise lead volume, availability, lead quality, results or return on investment.

Standard buyer access

Standard access is credit-based and single-allocation. A phone lead goes to the first eligible buyer to answer. A form lead goes to the first eligible buyer to log in and claim. Once a standard lead is claimed, it is not resold. Standard leads are not paid exclusive.

Paid exclusive access

Paid exclusive access is conditional and separate from standard access. Where it is available, the written arrangement defines the service scope, area or postcode coverage, qualifying criteria, allocation hours and credit terms. Qualifying leads may then auto-allocate to one buyer before others can answer or claim. Buyers still need sufficient credits where the written terms require them.

Credits, refunds and billing

Standard lead access is credit-based. It is not sold as a subscription and standard access does not include automatic renewal or rebilling. A full refund is available within 30 days of an initial purchase. No refunds are available for subsequent credit purchases. These terms are subject to applicable UK consumer law and any terms of the third-party billing provider.

Stopping use and account termination

You may cancel or stop using buyer access at any time. When access is removed, no further leads will be forwarded. Best Business Development Ltd may terminate an account for abusive behaviour, spam or illegal activity, with or without notice.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate signup details, keeping account information current, and using any lead information lawfully and responsibly. You must follow the laws and rules that apply to your business, communications and service delivery.

Website use

Use this website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or attempt to access information that is not made available to you. BBD Local may update website content or the buyer route as it develops.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.
